U.S. President Donald Trump Saturday described his meeting with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin toward ending Ukraine war was “extremely productive” and that they made “some great progress”.
Putin, speaking alongside Trump at a Press Conference following an over two-hour meeting, referred to an “agreement” reached during the media appearance a couple of times.
However, the two leaders offered no specific details and did not use the word ceasefire in their comments to the Press in Alaska.
“We really made some great progress,” Trump declared but added there is no deal until there is a deal.
